Overview
Artificial Blood is a 2D RPG for players who want gothic horror paired with netorare themes. The tone stays dark and unsettling throughout.
Story
Set in a gothic horror world, the game follows a male protagonist through events shaped by betrayal and shifting relationships, where trust between characters is never stable.
Gameplay
Players explore a sandbox world, take on turn-based battles, and work through dungeons to unlock new areas and encounters. Progress opens up further exploration and story content tied to the people the protagonist meets along the way, including monster girls and other figures from the setting.

- Hi everyone! Here’s the new Artificial Blood build.
- Azaleth’s story has been implemented, although two scenes currently use sketch CGs instead of the final artwork. These will be completed in the next update.
- You can skip the gameplay and watch all of his scenes by going to the Cheat Room and asking the NPC to raise Lucille’s affection for Azaleth to above level 50.
- Azaleth’s scenes should increase the Erostatus stats, but there’s still a lot of work to do before this feature is fully completed.
- Damien x Eadric dating scenes have been added!
- Gargoyle x Lucille fight scenes have been added (you can find them in the misty fields)
