Overview
Guest House is a 3DCG visual novel for players who enjoy slow-building harem stories with a warm, domestic tone. It favors quiet character moments over fast pacing.
Story
After an exchange program abroad, the protagonist moves into a boarding house run by a well-connected, enigmatic woman. What starts as a simple living arrangement grows into something more personal as he settles into the rhythms of the house and the people in it. Daily routines give way to late-night talks and confessions that push the relationships further than anyone expected.
Gameplay
Play unfolds through narrated scenes and dialogue as the protagonist moves through daily life at the guest house, talking with tenants and following where those conversations lead. Choices shape which residents he grows closer to and how those bonds develop over time. Rendered animated scenes mark key moments in each character's arc.

- Guest house is no longer a kinetic novel! I have implemented a choice based affection system that displays whether a character is your Acquaintance, Friend, Dating, Girlfriend, or your (maxed stat) Lover. Saying something a character likes will raise her affection level and unlock new scenes. Saying something she dislikes will cause you to miss certain scenes. This allows you to romance who you like and sets the game up for multiple endings. Just be careful not to get friend-zoned. Fair warning, this update will probably break your save due to the code changes.
- Additionally, I have added the character Sue Nami back to the game with a fresh design. She has some new scenes with more content coming.
- On top of this, I've gone ahead and added controller support. Playstation + Xbox controllers should work now.
- Last but not least, I added some optional spicy content between the Sujin + Jiho and Yuna + Jisun.

- This update concludes Chapter 3's story.
