Impact Hotel is a visual novel with dating-sim elements for players who want a fantasy harem story told with a light, playful tone.

Story

A young man opens a hotel just outside the city to pay off a debt from his past, only to find the place filled with guests whose lives quickly become tangled with his own. Mona, Ganyu, Amber, and others each bring their own quiet moments and unresolved tension, turning the daily running of the hotel into a series of personal storylines. Every conversation and encounter nudges these relationships toward something more, while a certain watchful presence keeps things from getting too comfortable.

Gameplay

Players take on the role of hotel owner, moving through daily routines and choices that shape how each guest's storyline unfolds. Conversations, small decisions, and recurring visits build familiarity with the cast, opening up new scenes and routes over time. The sandbox structure lets players choose who to focus on and when, rather than following one fixed path through the hotel.
