Overview
Rise of the White Flower is a 2D fantasy adult game for players who enjoy magic-academy settings with a mix of adventure and romance. The tone leans dark in places but stays grounded in character-driven drama.
Story
Catherine Belrose, a commoner graduate of the Empire's Academy of Magic, owes a crushing debt from studying among nobles. To pay it off she joins the Adventurers Guild, taking on monster-hunting work while forces within the Empire work against her. Her path forward means uncovering the corruption at the heart of the Empire and the buried history of Valarien, all while the risk of failure looms — and with it, the threat of slavery.
Gameplay
Players guide Catherine through story-driven chapters, choosing how she handles guild contracts, political intrigue, and the people she meets along the way. Choices shape her relationships with companions, ranging from romance to casual encounters, and influence how her journey toward paying off her debt unfolds. Combat and exploration take a back seat to narrative decisions and character interactions.

Romance Reactions:
- Yda and Evelyn were missing their post-battle reactions from last build, so they have been added now.
New Sex Scenes:
- Catherine and Lena (Lesbian, Handholding)
- This one happens during Lena's post-battle scene and is an expansion on what was there on the last build. Expect lot's of handholding!
- Catherine and Evelyn (Lesbian, Dom/Sub, Darker path)
- After a lot of requests, we added a new path to Evelyn's romance route that goes a bit... Darker, I guess? Evelyn takes a lot more from Catherine and really establishes herself in a position of power through her. So if you're into that sorta thing, I've added this as an option to her last sex scene, and it'll be followed up in the next scenes.
Game Improvements:
- New keybinding remapping system
- Better auto-text control
- Color change for text that was already read
- Instant skip button that can skip read text (or all text if configured in preferences) in an instant and advance the game to the next player input.
- Brand new log system to easily read previous text and navigate back through the history system.

- With the Adversary's crystal gone, Catherine can finally get in contact with Batria again. She finds out that not all is well.
