Slay or Lay

Slay or Lay is a roguelite deckbuilder for players who want strategy-driven adult fantasy without heavy commitment to any single path. The tone stays light and the choice of how far to lean into its adult content is left entirely up to the player.

Gameplay

Runs are built around deck construction: players choose cards, relics, blessings, and curses that shape both combat power and the encounters they unlock along the way. Battles use a card-based system with damaging statuses and relic effects that can be tracked through a battle log, while shops and events between fights let players reshape their deck and steer toward or away from the game's romantic detours. Progress resets between runs, rewarding players who refine their strategy and deck choices over repeated attempts.
