Story

Ash works as an executioner for a group of angels, sent into hell to kill its queen and crush her armies before they can rise. When the job turns out to be far harder than expected, he is stranded in hell with no quick way home. Forced to work the land and survive among the demons he was sent to destroy, he starts to feel less certain about his mission, even as trouble brews back home in his absence.

Gameplay

Players guide Ash through the daily work of surviving and cultivating a corner of hell, tending land while dealing with the demons around him. The sandbox structure ties farming tasks to interactions with the game's cast, with choices nudging Ash's loyalties and desires over time.
