Story

In the city of Aethelgard, you work as the Assessor, a bureaucrat whose pendulum detects illegal, newly awakened magic. What starts as routine inspection work pulls you into criminal syndicates and forbidden magic, guided at every turn by powerful women who understand how to make a tired, underpaid man bend the rules.

Gameplay

You investigate cases as the Assessor, using your ledger and pendulum to judge who breaks the law and who gets a pass. Choices about who to report and who to spare shape how deep you sink into the city's underworld, with RPG-style progression and animated 3DCG scenes marking the consequences of each decision.
